Booking Process & Day of Appointment

• To make the booking process as streamlined, and organized as possible I have started using Porter for my booking form and online booking. Allowing you access to my calender in real time. The form is easy to work through and will ask all questions necessary to get you set up.
• You should expect a response to your request within 24 hours. You will recieve a text notification with all info regarding how long your appointment is expected to take an estimated price and the amount of the deposit required to secure your appointment.
• You now have access to all available spots available to accommodate the time for you appointment and can book in at your convenience.
• You are always welcome to a free in person consultation prior to setting an appointment. In some cases I may request an in person consultation to ensure we can go over your idea and ensure we are on the same page.
• Be deposit ready. Once a date and time has been selected the deposit is required to secure your spot. A confirmation text will soon follow to confirm your appointment. Without a deposit your selected appointment date is not secured.
• Deposits are non-refundable. However if you need to reschedule your appointment 48 hours notice is required to move your deposit to a new date. Deposit will be forfeited after 2 reschedules for the same appointment and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. (No-Call no shows are automatic forfeit of deposit and subject to being barred from future booking)
• There is no additional fee for drawing and design it is included with your deposit. Drawings are done in order of appointment. Often this will mean a day or two ahead of your appointment.
• A rough drawing may sent a day ahead for review so any changes can be made. Final drawing will be ready at your appointment. If further changes are necessary they will be done day of before starting your tattoo.
• Always feel free to reach out with any questions along the way or if there are any additional notes or changes you would like to make. You can utilize the chat feature through your appointment link. 
• You can always access your appointment through the booking link on the home page by searching your name.

• Regardless of the size of your tattoo, tattooing is a process that can effect the body in various ways. It is important to take care of yourself before, during and after your tattoo appointment.
• Prior to your rest and hydration are key to a more comfortable experience. Getting tattooed can take alot out of you. Make sure to get a good night's rest prior to your appointment.
• On the day of your appointment make sure to hydrate and eat something prior to coming in.
• During your appointment it is still important to take care of yourself. Continue to hydrate, snacks are encouraged especially on longer sessions. 
• Feel free to bring things along to make your time in the chair more relaxing, head phones, a book, etc. (we will always do are best to make you as comfortable as possible during your appointment)
• After your appointment continue to take care of yourself. Hydrate, eat get some good rest.
• It is important to follow the aftercare instructions given by your tattoo artist. They are just as invested in your tattoo as you are and want you to have a smooth healing process and have a beautiful peace of art you can love for years to come. (Aftercare instructions can be found in menu)
• Touch ups are free as long as notified within 60 days of receiving your tatttoo. ( If after care instructions were not followed touch ups may be subject to a fee)
