All appointments require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable to a new date with 48 hours notice of rescheduling. Deposits are forfeited after 2 reschedules. Booking Form replies are sent out within 48hours of receipt with all necessary info. Be sure to check spam folder if you haven't recieved a reply.
